Interactive map
This page is work in progress, but will hopefully feature an interactive GIS map with a lot of information about our area available as layers in the map. These layers can be opened or closed, so that the the map is not too cluttered with information you do not want.

Currently available layers show the following information:

• Properties, the domestic houses in the area
• Boundary, the area of this Community Council
• Historic Monuments, (turned off)
• Community locations, buildings and structures of community interest (turned off)
• Tourist accommodation, holiday lets, B&Bs and similar (turned off)
• SSSI, Sites of Special Scientific Interest (turned off). Where these extend past the boundary of the Community Council (see above) they have only been shown up to the boundary.

To view the layers and switch them on and off, click on the little square with a small arrow in it at the top left corner of the map frame. You can make the map full-screen by clicking on the broken square at the top right of the map frame.
